Can I change plans later?

Yes — upgrade anytime from your dashboard. Downgrading is available at the end of your billing cycle. There's no fee to change plans. If you upgrade, the difference is prorated for the remainder of your month.
What happens if I cancel?

Do I need any technical knowledge to get set up?

How long does setup actually take?

Most clients go live within 24 hours of submitting their onboarding form. We work quickly because we know your customers are already messaging. If your setup takes longer than 48 hours for any reason, your setup fee is refunded.
Can I update my services or prices after setup?

Yes — message us anytime and we'll update your assistant within 24 hours. Growth plan clients get one free update per month included. Pro and Agency clients get unlimited updates. Additional updates on Essentials and Starter are available for a small fee or as part of the assistant refresh add-on.
What if the assistant gets something wrong?

Your assistant only uses the information you give us — it never makes things up or guesses. For anything outside its knowledge, it directs customers to call you directly. Complaints, refund requests, and anything sensitive are always flagged to you immediately rather than handled by the assistant.
Will my customers know it's AI?

That depends on how you set it up. Some clients prefer complete transparency — "Hi, I'm Maya, the Luxe Studio AI assistant." Others have their assistant reply as if it's a team member. Both work. What your customers will notice is that they always get a reply in seconds, which most take as a very positive sign about your business.
What does conversation memory actually mean?

Available on Growth, Pro, and Agency plans — your assistant remembers previous conversations with the same customer. When they message again weeks later, it recognises them, knows what they discussed before, and picks up the conversation naturally. Customers feel genuinely known rather than starting from scratch every time.
Will this get my Instagram account banned?

No. FlowEasy uses Meta's official Instagram Messaging API — the same technology used by major platforms like ManyChat, fully approved by Instagram. Your account is completely safe. We stay within all of Meta's messaging policies, and we've never had a client account affected.
Is FlowEasy only for Instagram?

We start with Instagram because that's where the most customer queries come from for small businesses. WhatsApp is included on Pro and Agency plans, and available as an add-on on other plans. Website chat is available as an add-on for any plan. And our Business Plugins — coming soon — expand into completely different territory beyond messaging.
